About Air Austral

Operating from the far flung Reunion Islands, just east of Madagascar, Air Austral is a French-owned airline that offers service to 13 international destinations. Air Austral is a full-service carrier, with flights operating to mainland France, South Africa, and destinations within Thailand and India. Due to its French origins, the airline maintains partnerships with Air France, as well as other carriers in continental Europe such as Lufthansa, Alitalia, Luxair.
