Flew this in March of 2019, right before Covid hit. This was a long flight - eight hours and twenty-six minutes from Nairobi, Kenya, Africa to Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The flight took off at 11:59 pm. We were given wet cloths to wash our hands, then given a light snack. I sat in the middle row of 4 seats across. There was ample room for my feet, there was a movie screen on the back of the seat in front of me and earphones were given out for free. Boarding had been smooth. The lights were lowered after the snack and I was able to sleep for a few hours. We were awoken at 5 am for breakfast and preparation to land at 6:59 am. The flight had been smooth, the takeoff easy and the landing was great. I felt I had a safe flight, piloted by experts, ands the attendants were all pleasant. My next flight will be with Delta, of course......

Initially you’d think that because it’s an upgraded seat to Comfort Plus it should be good. Not the case at all. Because there are no windows at either end of this entire roll and there is a limited recline and it’s the middle seat it’s one of the worst seats on the whole plane.

This seat was sold as Economy Plus. The extra 4" was not there. Also the side of the plane is curved to feels very cramped with a passenger in the window seat.

It is a standard first class seat with ample legroom. However, I found that my lower back hurt after about 2 hours airborne. Suggest bringing something on board to place behind your back, like a rolled up sweater. Did not like the Flight Fuel box of snacks.

Very comfortable seat. Plenty of legroom. Long reach for pocket attached to bulkhead. No underseat storage, have to place stuff in the overhead. No IFE TV, have to use own device.

Aisle narrowed once seats were three across. No windows in row 12. More foot room in the comfort rows but the seats were way to tight. We never saw the sky. Couldn’t see out anyone’s window. People in aisle seats have to reach over middle seat to turn on lights and air. Bathrooms were ridiculously small. Not being able to see out was unsettling. Will avoid this airbus in the future. Crazy they’re designed like this.

all the economy seats on the Embraer 175 are very small and the seatbelt is at least 6" shorter than other small aircraft , tray tables are too large for the distance away from seat in front.

This provides more privacy because other pax are not coming forward to use restroom, but it takes longer to deplane because all classes leaving thru mid-door. It was a snack-only flight, and offered were all carbs. Even though a meal was not served, I think a more substantial snack should be offered, such as a sandwich or cheese/fruit tray.

Seat 3D. Even though it is an old aircraft the interior is not. Very comfortable with ample kneeroom, seat width and elbow room. However, it is difficult for window seat passenger to get out during flight. Lack of seatback entertainment; must use own smart phone, tablet, or laptop. I used iPhone but is was not very efficient. Will not work on Kindle. Luckily, I had downloaded videos to my Kindle. Snacks are all carbs, need something better.
