Our picks: row 10 has no bulkhead so extra legroom; row 15 is the exit (prefer aisle). Avoid the last two rows.
Nearly identical to the regular A319, the 31J version shows an increased capacity of 132 seats as well as the upgrades of personal video screens, USB power and outlets, and satellite TV programming in addition to the usual Gogo inflight wifi you'll find throughout Delta's fleet.
