I have had a wonderful experience each time i have flown with delta. Booking online proved to be very easy. On the flights the flight attendants were always very friendly. After my first Delta flight I decided to keep them as my airline of choice. I would highly recommend Delta to all my friend and family. Thank you Delta for making flying a great experience.

This is an old plane ... approx 17 years old and Delta has not upgraded the economy comfort or economy seating. I travelled to Barcelona on this plane from JFK in October 2018. The IFE screens are small, hard to see and outdated. I watched movies on my IPad instead. The seats are not that comfortable and we used an inflatable seat cushion we got at Amazon ... that made things better. On the plus side, Delta’s service was good, we got free drinks for buying Delta Comfort, and the food service was pretty good. The Airbus 330-300 in their fleet is much better, with better IFE and a fresher interior. We’re headed to Rome this fall and I’m searching flight options to get the A330 over the 767, if possible. Delta really needs to retire the 767-400 and replace with the A330 neo or similar. I much prefer the 2-4-2 configuration over the Boeing offerings and avoid the 777 or 787 when possible. Seats are too narrow!
