Offering a low-cost alternative to regional power players Emirates and Etihad, Flydubai is a robust budget carrier offering domestic and international service to 94 routes from its hub in Dubai. Flydubai is an important link to destinations in the Middle East, Africa, and India, in addition to Asia and Europe, as it allows the regions immigrant laborers an affordable means of traveling home. With 50 planes in their fleet, Flydubai is quickly emerging as a major carrier in the region.
