We had seats on the aisle and called to see if we could sit together. After a long wait we were told yes for an additional $1 each. Really Spirit is so cheap it had get more money for a simple request....it's bad enough they gouge you on baggage and seats to begin with.

Other than the flights usually get delayed going to San Francisco/Oakland --you pay for what you get..It get's you to and from your destinations for cheap rates.

They seats have been redesigned to have less padding, cupped backrest, Arms do not fully fold up, There is not a window per seat and seats between windows have plastic dividers that stick out into your seating area, no legroom at all, impossible to put your head down in emergency landing, and best of all the emergency exit row now has seats in front of doors where arms do not fold up!!! In emergency exit, everyone must exit by climbing over the seats!!! Including handicapped. Nice to see airlines are permitted to put profits over safety. The FAA is asleep at the wheel!

I have only one thing that I liked about Spirit because I have lots of anxiety around flying the non stop flying is awesome but the rest I would rather catch another plain and deal with changing flights I will never fly Spirit again it has been an absolutely horrible experience....

One nice thing about this version of the A320 from Spirit Airlines is that none of the seats are missing windows! Aside from that, expect very little legroom (the least of any carrier in the USA) and absolutely no recline in any of the seats on this aircraft.
