Oneworld Lounge Access – Which Lounge, Where?

Find your next Oneworld lounge with this link

I’m headed to London on British Airways via Austin next week, and I’m flying through Austin strictly because the equipment is a 787-9 and I’ll get to try BA’s new first class – crazy, yes, but it’s what us avgeeks do! To that end, I’m also flying back on Virgin Atlantic’s 787-9 as well…

Given that Austin isn’t exactly a major international hub, I’m not expecting much at all in terms of the lounge experience on this BA flight. But I do love my lounges, so my curiosity got the best of me and I started searching around for a what British Airways uses as a lounge in Austin even though I knew there was zero chance there would be a Terraces lounge there.

Fortunately, I didn’t have to go down too many results pages on Google before I found this link: Oneworld Lounge access. To find out what access you might have in a given airport, simply enter one of your airport codes on this page and a list of lounges will show up. Your actual access will vary depending on your fare/cabin and Oneworld carrier status, but you can at least see which lounges you might be able to access before your flight.

I will report back on all these flights and lounge experience after my trip, but until then, happy lounging!
